About Us

History

Kid Time was founded in 1998 by a Board of Directors as a non- profit entity and secured our current location in 2002. In 2004 using mobile exhibits we announced our selves to the public at various locations around the Valley. Kid Time opened its actual doors in June of 2005 on a limited basis using a portion of our current location. We expanded in 2006, filling our current site with the exhibits and displays now operating.

Our Mission

Kid Time leads to the success and well being of children and families in Southern Oregon by offering a hands-on discovery space that stimulates brain development in young children and positive relationships among families. Our values are cooperation, creativity, supportiveness, kindness and helpfulness.  We approach every endeavor and every member and visitor to the museum as well as each other with these ideals in mind.
